At Butchers we like to ensure your experience with us runs smoothly, so here are few things to be mindful of when booking with us...
You can move or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel after this time or do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 50% of your appointment.
All colour appointments come with a complimentary dry off, if you wish to have your hair styled we recommend booking a blowdry with one of our talented stylists after your colour service.
A skin test is required at least 48 hours before all colour appointments if you have not had AVEDA colour in the last 6 months.
